mL/hr = (mcg/kg/min × kg × 60) ÷ Concentration (mcg/mL)
Critical-care drips are ordered per weight per minute but pumps run in mL/hr. Multiply the ordered rate by weight and by 60 min/hr, then divide by the bag concentration in mcg/mL so every unit cancels except mL/hr.
